1. Website Use
You may browse this website to learn about our services, submit project inquiries and contact our team. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful content or interfere with normal website operation.
2. Service Inquiries
Submitting a contact form does not create a contract. A project starts only after we confirm the scope, timeline, pricing, payment terms and deliverables in writing.
3. Project Scope and Revisions
Each project will have an agreed scope. Any additional pages, features, integrations, revisions or urgent delivery requirements may require extra cost and timeline changes.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, content, branding assets, product information, hosting/domain access where required, and timely feedback.
5. Payments
Payment structure can vary by project. Common structures include advance payment, milestone payments or full payment before final delivery. Final files or deployment may be held until payment obligations are complete.
6. Third-Party Services
Some projects may require third-party services such as hosting, domains, payment gateways, premium plugins, APIs, Shopify apps, WordPress themes, analytics or advertising platforms. Their fees and policies are separate from Styanax Devs.
7. Intellectual Property
After full payment, agreed final deliverables are transferred to the client unless a separate agreement states otherwise. Pre-existing tools, reusable code, frameworks, templates or internal processes remain the property of their original owners.
8. Limitation of Liability
We aim to deliver reliable work, but we are not responsible for indirect losses, platform outages, third-party service failures, hosting issues or business losses beyond the value of the specific service paid for.

We may update these terms when needed. The latest version will be available on this page.
